MED KIT PRO™ Return Policy

Our Commitment to You:

At MED KIT PRO™, we are committed to customer satisfaction and the highest standards of product quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help —subject to the following Return Policy conditions.

Return Eligibility:
● Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
● Only unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging are
eligible for return.
● Customized products, opened kits, used items, and perishable components are not eligible for return.

HSA/FSA Eligibility:
Certain MED KIT PRO™ products may be eligible for reimbursement under Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) programs. Eligibility is determined by each individual plan provider. MED KIT PRO™ does not guarantee that any product qualifies for reimbursement. Customers are responsible for confirming product eligibility with their HSA/FSA plan provider prior to purchase.

MED KIT PRO™ is not responsible for denied reimbursement claims or plan-specific coverage decisions.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact Form or via email at [email protected] and provide the following:
● Your full name
● Order number
● Reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions upon approval.

Return Shipping:
● Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with warranty claims, returns, or exchanges, unless otherwise specified under MED KIT PRO™’s Refund and Return Policy. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending items back to ensure successful delivery.

Refunds
● Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, subject to approval after inspection of the returned product.
● Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
● Refunds for eligible returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receipt, inspection and approval of the returned product.
● MED KIT PRO™ reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the original product price for any returned items that are not received in their original, unused condition or that require significant inspection or reprocessing. This restocking fee, if applied, will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
● Opened or used kits
● Customized or modified products
● Perishable supplies or components
● Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
