What first aid kits does MED KIT PRO™ offer?

MED KIT PRO™ offers three premium, Paramedic-Built first aid kits: SOLO MED KIT™ for 1–2 people, FAMILY MED KIT™ for 3–5 people, and PRO MED KIT™ with advanced bleeding-control, trauma, and airway supplies. Every kit includes BleedStop™, is ultra-organized by clearly labeled Zones, and comes in a heavy-duty, water-resistant, MOLLE-compatible tear-away bag.

What does Paramedic-Built mean?

Paramedic-Built means MED KIT PRO™ first aid kits reflect the perspective of founder Brandon Byers, a paramedic/firefighter with more than 20 years of emergency-response experience. His experience informs the supplies included, bleeding-control capability, clearly labeled Zone organization, and emphasis on fast access when it matters most.

Which MED KIT PRO™ first aid kit is right for me?

Choose based on the number of people you’re preparing for, kit capacity, and whether you want advanced trauma and airway supplies. The SOLO MED KIT™ is our compact individual first aid kit with 83 supplies for 1–2 people. The FAMILY MED KIT™ is our highest-capacity first aid kit, with 141 supplies and expanded quantities for 3–5 people. The PRO MED KIT™ includes 95 supplies and adds advanced bleeding-control, trauma, and airway equipment, including a CAT® tourniquet, QuikClot®, chest seals, an Israeli compression bandage, and airway support. Yes. Every MED KIT PRO™ first aid kit includes BleedStop™, a topical hemostatic powder designed to help control bleeding from minor cuts, lacerations, and abrasions.

What are the Zones in MED KIT PRO™ first aid kits?

MED KIT PRO™ first aid kits organize supplies into clearly labeled Zones so you can find what you need fast. The SOLO MED KIT™ and FAMILY MED KIT™ have six Zones: BLEED, WOUND PREP, BANDAGE, SKIN CARE, MEDICATIONS, and TOOLS. The PRO MED KIT™ adds a seventh AIRWAY Zone for airway-support supplies.

What kind of bags do MED KIT PRO™ first aid kits use?

MED KIT PRO™ first aid kits are packed in heavy-duty, water-resistant, MOLLE-compatible tear-away bags designed for organization and fast access. The bags feature dual zippers with cord pulls, adjustable straps, and D-rings.

Are MED KIT PRO™ first aid kits HSA/FSA eligible?

Yes. MED KIT PRO™ first aid kits are HSA/FSA eligible. Eligibility and reimbursement requirements can vary by plan, so please confirm with your HSA/FSA provider before purchasing.

Do first aid kit supplies expire?

Some medications and medical supplies have expiration dates. Inspect your first aid kit periodically and replace expired, damaged, opened, or used supplies as needed. MED KIT PRO™ refill options are coming soon to make it easier to replace commonly used or expired supplies.

Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. MED KIT PRO™ currently offers free shipping on U.S. orders over $99. Current shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. International shipping may become available in the future.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Eligible products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

How do I request a return?

Warranty

Do MED KIT PRO™ first aid kits come with a warranty?

Yes. MED KIT PRO™ offers a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship of the bag or carrying case under normal and intended use. Consumable medical supplies are not covered. See our Warranty Policy for complete details.
