● Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
● Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
● MED KIT PRO™ ships orders via standard carriers such as USPS or UPS or
other comparable services based on availability and destination.
● You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:
● Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on destination.
● Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates:
● Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
● Promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly stated at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments:
● Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, MED KIT PRO™ is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged shipments. Title to and risk of loss for the products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

delivery failures, or damages incurred during transit.

International Shipping:
● At this time, MED KIT PRO™ ships to addresses within the United States only.
● International shipping availability may expand in the future.

● MED KIT PRO™ is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
