Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Coverage:
MED KIT PRO™ stands behind the quality and durability of its products. We offer a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the bag or carrying case component of our products when used under normal and intended conditions.

What Is Covered:
● Manufacturing defects in the bag or case materials
● Manufacturing defects in the bag or case construction (stitching, zippers, etc.)

What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
● Consumable medical supplies and components
● Normal wear and tear
● Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, alteration, or improper care
● Customized or modified products
● Damage occurring during shipping (handled separately by carrier claims)

Warranty Period:
● The limited warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements:
● Warranty claims are available only to the original purchaser.
● Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
● The warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim:

2. Provide your full name, order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
3. Our team will evaluate your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product (if necessary).

Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, MED KIT PRO™ will, at its sole discretion:
● Repair the defective bag or case, or
● Replace the defective bag or case with a comparable item of equal or greater value.

MED KIT PRO™ reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage and what remedy will be provided.

Limitations:
● No other warranties, express or implied, apply. MED KIT PRO™ expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
● MED KIT PRO™’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or
replacement of the defective product.
● Under no circumstances shall MED KIT PRO™ be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Return Shipping Responsibility:
● Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with warranty claims, returns, or exchanges, unless otherwise specified under MED KIT PRO™’s Refund and Return Policy. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending items back to ensure successful delivery.
