You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against MED KIT PRO™.
11. Return and Refund Policy:
MED KIT PRO™ is committed to customer satisfaction and quality assurance. Returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:
● Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
● Only unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
● Customized products, opened kits, used items, and perishable component are not eligible for return.
● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges, following receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned product. Refunds are typically processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after approval.
Services provided by MED KIT PRO™, including but not limited to digital products, consulting, or training, are non-refundable once rendered or delivered, except as required by law. 12. Warranty Policy:
MED KIT PRO™ is committed to quality assurance and stands behind the workmanship of its products and services. We offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the bag or carrying case component of our products under normal and intended use.
This warranty expressly excludes consumable supplies, medical components, customized products, normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations, accidental damage, negligence, or improper care. Warranty claims must be submitted within one (1) year of the original purchase date and must include valid proof of purchase. MED KIT PRO™ reserves the sole right to determine, at its discretion, whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage and whether repair, replacement, or another remedy will be offered. Replacement may be made with a comparable product of equal or greater value.

13. HSA/FSA Eligibility Disclaimer:
Certain MED KIT PRO™ products may be eligible for reimbursement under Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) programs. Eligibility is determined by each individual plan provider. MED KIT PRO™ does not guarantee that any product qualifies for reimbursement. Customers are responsible for confirming product eligibility with their HSA/FSA plan provider prior to purchase.
